Our Fulfillment Policy

Fulfillment Policy for Flamingo Interpreting Inc.

Effective Date: 01/01/2023

1. Introduction

This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Flamingo Interpreting Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”) fulfills interpreting and translation services for our clients (“you,” “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to abide by this policy as part of your service agreement with us.

2. Service Requests

To initiate a service request, clients are required to provide clear and accurate information, including but not limited to:

  • Desired service date and time.
  • Languages involved.
  • Specific requirements, documents, or materials to be translated or interpreted.
  • Contact details and any other relevant information.

3. Service Confirmation

Once we receive your service request, we will review it and confirm the availability of our interpreters or translators. We will provide you with a service agreement and upon receiving a signed copy, confirmation, which will include details such as the service date, time, location (if applicable), and interpreter or translator assignment.

All terms of service will be delivered, signed for and confirmed before services are provided. Service terms vary by project, gig, assignment, etc…

4. Refunds

Refunds are made available in accordance with each signed service agreement.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by project, scope, date, etc… Cancellation policies are signed ahead of providing services for all clients. When service agreements are not provided due to special payment arrangements being made, they will be contained in either the initial agreed upon quote or in the payment terms when we provide a bill/link/invite to pay.
